AI Tools for Meaningful Learning and Training
Training Week in Malta – Reflections on an Erasmus+ Experience
In November 2023, I took part in the Erasmus+ accreditation project and joined a training week in Malta titled “AI Tools for Meaningful Learning and Training.”
Looking back at this intensive and inspiring experience — or rather, a week that seemed to fly by — I want to emphasize just how valuable and impactful this program was.
The Goal of the Project
The training aimed to explore the potential of artificial intelligence in education and adult learning.
We examined how modern technologies can make the learning process more engaging, motivating, and accessible for people of all ages. Throughout the week, participants deepened their understanding of how AI can be applied in learning contexts, strengthened their critical thinking, discussed the ethical use of technology, and built international cooperation among educators and trainers.
This Course Sparked New Goals and Aspirations
To explore the topic of AI even more deeply
To apply newly gained knowledge to design more interesting and motivating training sessions
To develop critical thinking, which is essential in the age of information overload
To contribute to shaping ethical guidelines for AI use in education
To support collaboration with colleagues from other countries
To value Erasmus+ projects as powerful tools for both personal and professional growth
Special Thanks To:
💬 Georgi Skorobogatov – for his professionalism, patience, and the depth of knowledge he generously shared with all participants.
💬 All colleagues from Lithuania, Austria, and Estonia – for creating a friendly and inspiring atmosphere throughout the entire program.
This experience reminded me once again: meaningful learning happens where curiosity meets collaboration — and where knowledge is shared with openness and joy.
