Results of the Learning Program in Riga: Universal Competences and Inspiration

The five-day intensive, creative, meaningful, and beautiful learning program in Riga has come to an end, leaving all participants with lasting impressions and important achievements. This project turned into a true journey toward self-awareness, personal growth, and strengthening mental well-being. What was achieved during this time?

Universal Competences 2035: What Are They and Why Do They Matter?

Participants gained a thorough understanding of universal competences and their significance in today’s world. They also learned how to define and evaluate their own competences, which provided clarity and confidence for planning their future development.

Awareness of Strengths

Knowing one’s strengths turned out to be a key factor in building inner confidence. Participants noted that awareness of their own capabilities motivated them to move forward and face challenges. This realization also gave them the courage to pursue their ideas, including those related to self-realization and entrepreneurship.

Transforming Limiting Beliefs

Throughout the training, we encountered limiting beliefs that every person carries. Through discussions, activities, and a therapeutic art workshop led by Natalja Ilenajeva, participants worked with these beliefs using creative techniques. As a result, these beliefs were transformed into resources and positive affirmations that can support them in daily tasks and improve their emotional state.

Creativity and Memory Gifts

During a ceramics workshop, participants created unique memory gifts. Many shared that “it was especially exciting to do something I’ve never tried before.” The creative process brought joy and also strengthened their confidence and sparked interest in continuing creative activities at home.

START-UP & AI

For many participants, learning about the possibilities of artificial intelligence was a true discovery. They also realized that entrepreneurial thinking is not out of reach — in fact, it already exists in almost everyone. During the training, participants experimented with the role of start-up creators and were pleasantly surprised to find that their ideas were feasible in real life. The motivation to bring those ideas to life was taken home, and we, as trainers, are always ready to support their initiatives.

General Outcomes and What’s Next

Over the five days, participants’ self-confidence increased significantly. They gained a greater sense of satisfaction and harmony, understood themselves more deeply, received guidance on using new technologies in everyday life, and drew inspiration for continued self-development. This time was a valuable investment in their mental health and personal growth.

Special thanks to our partners — Young Folks LV and Aleksandr Morozov — for their hospitality, engaging conversations, and powerful inspiration!

The mobility training is over, but its results and discoveries will accompany participants on their journey toward new achievements. We will continue to meet them again and again to support their initiatives and growth.
